Agree the conditions, witnesses and evidence needed for acceptance, including any tests that require seasonal conditions or normal occupancy.

Supply the installation details and the intended operating result. Confirm that connected services, controls and access will be ready, and identify who will receive the instructions and operate the equipment after handover.
